Sissy Fitness Rules: How I Stay Lean, Feminine, and Obedient
I’ve never been big. Average height, average weight, nothing remarkable. But there were moments, end of middle school, again in my mid-twenties, where softness crept in around my waist. Sitting at a desk all day, gaming all night, and grazing through snacks will do that to a sissy. By the time I met my partner, I was pushing 170 lbs and hiding in loose T-shirts.
She told me early on that she wouldn't tolerate that.
She’s not a gym rat, but health matters to her. She played volleyball in school. All her siblings were athletes, her sister even became a personal trainer. I never played an organized sport in my life. I got around the high school requirement by joining the marching band. Trumpet because I thought it sounded easiest (probably wasn’t).
We met knowing we were both looking for a 24/7 D/s relationship. Her early mentions of healthy eating and exercise weren’t lost on me. I knew what I was signing up for.
At the time, her expectations around a healthy lifestyle felt aggressive but also intoxicating. Someone else would be making decisions about my body. Someone else would be setting the standards. And while it wasn’t a rule I fantasized about submitting to, it showed me she was serious about leading. Even outside the kinky stuff.
I decided I wanted to follow.

⚖️ The Rules That Changed My Body
I am not allowed to weigh more than 150 pounds. “Not an ounce over,” she said. That was the first standing rule she ever gave me, long before we moved in together. That was my maximum, my limit, my standard. And she’s held me to it for nearly a decade.
But a number on the scale doesn’t enforce itself. So she handed me two more rules along with that one. Rules to help me follow her first rule. First, I am to eat a healthy diet. Second, I am to exercise every single day. When telling me, she even gave me a loving explanation she didn’t have to provide.
Her insistence on fitness wasn’t about cruelty. It was about discipline, longevity, and presentation. She wanted me lean and healthy, yes, but she also explained how it would help me achieve my own feminine body fantasies. Soft where I should be, tight where I should be. Clothes skimming a body that looked good in a a chastity cage and lingerie.
These rules were one of my first lessons in submission. At least her idea of it. I don’t just show up and serve, I show up prepared.
📓 The Binder of Rules
When she gave me my body rules, she didn’t just tell me in passing. She handed me a black three‑ring binder, heavy with instructions. Inside were a dozen pages she personally typed, organized, and laminated like they were meant to last forever. Macro‑nutrient explanations, diet goals, workout routines. All the parts of her plan for me. Alongside the plan, daily log sheets for tracking my diet and exercise.
That binder was my manual, my ritual, and my leash.
Every workout was logged in it, every meal choice measured against it. She reviewed it often. I wish I still had it. I went digging for it this week, thinking about writing this post, but I can’t find it anywhere. Maybe it got lost during a move, or maybe I tucked it somewhere too secret. Either way, I’m left working from memory, but I remember enough to know how much it shaped me.
🍗 Macros, Mandates, and Meals
No post about sissy fitness would be complete without a diet plan. No serious leader who wanted to set goals for someone else’s health would be complete without one either. She’s serious. After all, abs are made in the kitchen, my sister-in-law (the personal trainer) never tires of saying. Not that I actually have abs. But the adage becomes obvious once you start focusing on weight loss. It’s mostly diet.
The binder described exactly how I was allowed to eat from then on. The same style diet my partner follows. High protein, low carb, count calories. There was an entire page explaining why this is one of the healthiest ways to eat, but more importantly for me, there was a page that set clear goals. I'm allowed a maximum 2,300 calories a day, I'm allowed to eat a maximum of 120 grams of carbs a day, and I must eat at least 180 grams of protein every day.
Tough targets when you’re fond of Cheez-Its, but I’d already agreed to start following her rules.
She believes in a weekly cheat day, thank goodness. When she first put me on the diet, it was Sundays. Our easier “date night” day when she was still working Saturdays. Now she’s swapped it to Saturdays because she likes healthy Sunday’s to “start the week right.”
Even on cheat days I’m not allowed to go crazy. There’s no hard limit on calories and carbs, but there’s a soft one. We’re allowed to treat ourselves, but can’t abuse our bodies.
🤸♀️ The Daily Discipline of Movement
This rule is simpler, exercise every day. Every. Day. Exceptions only for illness. And just like the diet, we both follow this rule. For her I guess it’s technically not a rule, just how she chooses to live. But it’s fair.
Her binder also included specific exercise routines she expected me to follow. No, her exercise rule isn’t as simple as running on a treadmill. I’m actually not allowed to run for exercise at all. Apparently while it’s a great calorie burn, there are all kinds of downsides.
She had written up six or eight full-body routines, typed, laminated, and hole-punched. Tailor-made for me, and what she thought my workout goals would be if I knew how to design my own routine. I had come to the relationship with the sissy fetish. She was indulging me in that. She had designed routines meant to sculpt my body into something more feminine.
Jumping jacks. High knees. Mountain climbers. Donkey kicks. Burpees. Hip abductions. Frog pumps. Squats. Lunges. Planks. Kickbacks. Brutal high-rep circuits with 60-second rests. Complete routines designed to trim my waist, and firm up my hips, thighs, and butt.
Every exercise logged. Every log sheet reviewed.
It was a ritual as much as a workout. Performing the exercises, filling out the sheets, handing the binder over to her. My service wasn’t just in cleaning or cooking, it was in keeping my body to her standard. (Confession: I fudged a few log sheets in the beginning. Shhh.)
This always was, and still is, the harder health rule for me to keep consistent with. Not because of disagreement or rebellion. I just struggle to prioritize my day, and exercising takes up a sizeable chunk. That’s why she’s in charge.
🚴♀️ Evolving Workouts Over Time
These days the system is gentler but still strict. Because I work from home, she lets me rack up 10k steps a day on my walking pad at my standing desk. That’s my workday workout. On weekends, or days off, I owe her something more deliberate. Thirty sweaty minutes on our Peloton.
It’s funny, she bought us the Peloton during the big hype back during Covid. She bought it and started having both of us use it right away. As it turned out, she didn’t really like it. She’s the opposite of me in this regard, she wants to get up and move around. She wants to challenge herself with new exercises and different things. I just want to check out mentally and grit through my workout.
So she went back to her gym workouts as soon as she could. And, because I’d earned her trust and promised to be diligent, she decided this was an area where I’d earned the right to decide for myself. She let me keep the Peloton and totally stop doing my old workout routines.
💃 Why Fitness Matters in a Sissy Life
Fitness isn’t just about health or numbers on a scale. It’s about discipline. It’s about showing up for your role in a body that’s ready to serve. A lean frame makes lingerie fit better. It makes chastity devices more comfortable. It makes heels easier to wear, pegging easier to take, chores easier to perform.
More than anything, it’s about devotion. My body is one of the ways I show mine. Keeping it at her standard is an ongoing act of obedience. And an act of gratitude. She wants me alive. She wants me attractive. She wants me strong enough to keep serving.
💖 Closing Thoughts
Her health and fitness rules have shaped me mentally as much as physically. I’ve seen and experienced the benefits, and know that I’d never have maintained a years-long streak of healthy living on my own. The best decisions I ever made for my health was the decision to give my body over to someone tough enough to make these kinds of decisions for me.
She wants my heart beating strong into my nineties. She wants me here, healthy, beautiful, obedient. Because of her love and guidance, I might just make it to ninety.
Also, she sets a lot of rules that are not as clearly “equal” as these. Most of her rules, actually. She’s a fair and gracious leader, but there are obvious, and in our dynamic very intentional, benefits to being in charge. In the case of our health and fitness though, we do the same work for each other. We have the same kinds of goals. This is one of the most directly fair set of rules she keeps for our house.
Her mind is beautiful. Her command style is inspiring. She just seems to naturally understand when her decisions should include equity and when things should be equal.
If you’re a submissive or a sissy, think about how fitness can be part of your service too. Even if you’re not under a partner’s command, you can still set standards for yourself. And if you want to keep following my journey, along with all my messy, ribbon-strewn thoughts—join my newsletter.
