Butt Plug Devotion: What Comes Next for the Committed Sissy
Once you’ve worn a plug long enough, it stops feeling like a kink, and starts feeling like a calling. This post explores what comes next: advanced butt plug play, and surrendering more fully. It’s not just about wearing a plug anymore. It’s about belonging to it.

So you’ve tried it. You ready my Butt Plug Basics post, bought a beginner plug, learned how to stuff yourself with it, and have played with it a few times. And now? Now you want to know how to go deeper (pun very much intended). Should you just buy a bigger one? A cute metal jeweled one like the ones all the sissy influencers wear? What in the world are the textured ones for?
Let’s learn.
But before we dive in, we need to talk about something just as important as pleasure: responsibility. Safety, consent, and cleanliness are the foundation of every good sissy’s plug practice.
And after that, we’ll explore what’s next. I’ve outlined five different “paths”. Focused, intentional journeys for deepening your devotion. You don’t have to pick just one. I’ve dipped my toe in all five, and each taught me something different about myself. But if you’re just beginning your journey past the basics, I recommend learning them one at a time. Most of them benefit from sizing up at least a little, just enough to use a plug that won’t easily slip out if you move or bend over. That’s why training for size is the first thing I talk about.
There’s so much to say, in fact, that each of these paths is getting its own blog post. This guide will introduce them all, and link to the full deep dives as they become available.
🥽 Safety First: Safe Play Means More Play
It’s tempting to push too fast, especially when you’re feeling bold or eager to impress. But your body isn’t a test dummy. It’s the playground. Respect it.
Aim for good discomfort, not pain. Think: the sweet ache after a workout. That little muscle tenderness, that deep stretch, that’s fine. Sharp, biting pain? That’s a no. Plug play should challenge, not injure.
And yes, I’m repeating this: always use plugs with a flared base. Every time. Without exception. A plug that slips all the way in can lead to ER visits and a whole lot of very awkward explaining.
Inspect your plug before every use. Silicone wears down with time. If it looks tacky or scuffed, retire it. Metal can dent or scratch, and even glass can crack (though it’s rare with high-quality borosilicate). Any sign of damage means it’s time for a new one.
🌍Ethics & Consent: Boundaries That Actually Matter
Let’s talk about the part too many people try to skip: the ethical bit.
It might feel hot to wear your plug out in public, but that fantasy needs limits. In the real world, strangers haven’t consented to your kink. If your plug creates a visible bulge, makes you walk funny, or, heaven forbid, slips out and clinks on the floor of the grocery store, you’re violating someone else’s boundaries. Not cool.
Want to go out en femme? Please do. Live your truth. But if your chastity cage or tail plug is visible through sheer leggings at the mall, that’s not gender expression, that’s public kink play. Save it for the dungeon, the bedroom, or the right kind of party.
Keep your play private, or use discreet toys that stay invisible. A lot of sissies get off on the thrill of being secretly plugged in public. I know I do. But be sure it really is secret.
🔻 Places to Avoid
- Airport scanners: Plugs will show up. TSA has enough to deal with.
- Gyms & fitness classes: Too much movement. Too little privacy. I see experienced plug wearers talk about doing this all the time and I just don’t get it. You can’t take it out for 45 minutes to ensure you don’t expose someone else to your sexcapades?
- Medical appointments: Keep your fantasies out of real-life health care. Your doctor’s busy.
🧼 Clean, Care & Respect: Materials & Lifespans
Taking care of your plug means taking care of your hole.
After every session, wash your toy with warm water and antibacterial soap. Rinse. Dry. Store it somewhere clean. No need for anything fancy, just consistency and care.
Take care of your silicone toys, and they’ll last for years. Metal and glass? Practically forever. But if you see dullness, scratches, or cracks, toss it. You wouldn’t drink from a chipped glass, don’t put one up your ass.
And keep your body clean, too. You don’t need a full enema every time. A quick rinse with a bulb is usually enough. Save the deep clean for larger toys, longer play, or anything involving thrusting.
(If you're curious about enemas, I’m working on a post all about it. It’ll likely release with my strapon play series.)
💖 Your Next-Level Plug Play: Five Exciting Paths
Once you’ve mastered the basics, the world of plug devotion opens up. Here are the five paths I’ve explored, and that I think every committed sissy should consider.
🧘1. Discipline & Duration Training
What if you went bigger? What if you wore it all day?
This one feels like the “default” path for most plug-practicing sissies. At least for me. This is what I see most sissies asking about online. And it makes sense. After a while, it’s not just about getting it in, it’s about how long you can keep it in, how big you can take, and how gracefully you can move while doing both.
Why train?
Bigger sizes prepare you for other pleasures, like dildos, strap-ons, and cocks. Longer wear trains your body to relax into submission. Discipline is its own reward, but also its own kink.
You’ll find practical training tips in the full guide. But to tease:
- Gradual plug progression
- Timed wear sessions
- Actually keep track of your improvement (logging)
- Plug-friendly everyday activities

🎛️ 2. Sensory Amplification
What if the plug wasn’t just filling you, but doing something?
This path is all about making your hole feel everything. Some days that means cold glass. Some days it’s a buzzing, pulsing toy that makes you whimper while doing the dishes.
You’ll learn about:
- Weighted plugs that sway and tug with every step
- Glass plugs for temperature play
- Vibrating plugs, rotating plugs, textured plugs.

🎯 3. P-Spot Pursuit
What if your plug could make you moan? Maybe even hands-free?
This path goes deeper. Literally. The prostate is the holy grail of sissy anatomy, and when you get a plug to press it just right? Let’s just say I’ve had sissygasms that left my knees shaking, without touching my little clitty at all.
You’ll explore:
- Curved toys and targeted pressure
- Thrusting plugs
- Prostate targeting toys (Aneros lovers, I see you)
- How to know when you’re actually hitting it

💫 4. Roleplay & Ritual Adornment
What if your plug was part of your identity, not just your play?
Some plugs are pretty. Some plugs are powerful. This path is for the sissies who see plug time as sacred: ritual insertions, dress-up sessions, and being told to “go put it in” like it’s the most normal thing in the world.
You’ll find:
- Jeweled plugs for your perfect pink aesthetic
- Tails for every mood: bunny, piggy, devilish
- Daily rituals, partner inspections, “plug of the day” assignments
- Roleplay integration (maid training, pet play, submissive outfits)

🧠 5. Interactive Training & Control
What if you didn’t decide when it goes in? Or comes out?
Control is a kink. And giving it up, even just for plug play, is one of the most humbling and addictive feelings I’ve known. This path is about turning wear into obedience.
In this guide:
- Remote-controlled plugs for partner domination
- Lockable plugs with timed or assigned wear
- Ritualized removal (“Wait for my message before you take it out.”)
- Submissive apps and tracking for accountability

🧭 Which Path Feels Right?
So which one’s calling you?
- Want grit and endurance? → Discipline & Duration
- Crave new sensations & stimuli? → Sensory Amplification
- Chasing orgasmic exploration? → P-Spot Pursuit
- Seeking style, ritual, or sissy identity? → Roleplay & Ritual
- Want structure and obedience? → Interactive Training
Pick one. Start small. Go deep. Circle back and try another later.
💫 Final Note: Plug with Intention
You’ve got the basics. You know how to clean it, wear it, and hide it. Now it’s time to use it on purpose. Plugging isn’t just about being full. It’s about being claimed. By your routine, by your dominant, by your desires.
Every plug has a purpose. And you, sweet thing, get to choose yours.
Always plugged, always polite,
Tiffany
